Talent Pro provides a B2B Recruitment Agency Platform where recruitment agencies share job openings, and Talent Pro assists in sourcing, screening, and connecting candidates. By accessing or using the platform, users agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If these terms are not accepted, the platform should not be used.
1. Use of Platform
- The platform is for recruitment agencies and job seekers only.
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Accounts are for personal or authorized business use only; sharing login credentials is prohibited. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform
2. Accounts and Registration
- Certain features require registration.
- Account holders are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account and password.
- Talent Pro is not responsible for any loss or damage from unauthorized account access.
3. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Upload content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Use the platform for spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial purposes. Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
4. Recruitment Services
- Talent Pro acts as a facilitator between agencies and candidates and does not guarantee job placement.
- All hiring decisions are made solely by recruitment agencies.
- Candidate profiles and agency job mandates are shared only with verified users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Talent Pro or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
- The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.
- Talent Pro is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party services.
- Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- No guarantee is made for uninterrupted access, accuracy, or suitability.
- Talent Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost business opportunities.
8. Termination
Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated. Account holders may delete their account at any time by contacting hr@talentpro.org.in.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
