About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Product Designer to join our design team and craft exceptional user experiences for millions of consumers. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to design intuitive, scalable, and visually appealing interfaces for our B2C platform.—
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design process — from user research and wireframing to final UI delivery.Translate complex user needs and business goals into simple, elegant product experiences.Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product strategy and user flows.Design high-quality interfaces, design systems, and interactive prototypes (primarily in Figma).Use data and user feedback to validate and iterate on design decisions.Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency across web and mobile platforms.—Requirements✅ 2–6 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design for consumer-facing (B2C) digital products.✅ Strong portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and design system work.✅ Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design processes.✅ Experience designing for both mobile and web platforms.✅ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.✅ Prior experience in top B2C product/startup environments is highly preferred (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, CRED, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).—Good to HaveFamiliarity with motion design or micro-interactions.Exposure to A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
