Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of finance and treasury modules across multiple projects.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Work closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to define business and system requirements.

Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and reports via Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

Generate and analyze MIS and SQL-based reports to track financial and operational metrics.

Drive automation and process improvements in R2R (Record to Report) and treasury workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance).

3+ years of project management experience in Fintech / Financial Services.

Strong expertise in Accounting principles, R2R, and Treasury modules.

Experience in Finance systems implementation or ERP / workflow automation projects.Good knowledge of SQL, MIS reporting, and Excel.
