Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and App Install campaigns.
Lead Conversion Campaigns to maximize ROI and performance outcomes.
Manage and optimize a monthly Google Ads budget of more than ₹10 Lakhs.
Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and other tracking tools.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy creation, and A/B testing.Collaborate with internal teams for landing page improvements and tracking setup.
Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have)
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
Hands-on Google Ads campaign management experience (Search, Display, Video).
Proven experience executing Conversion/Performance campaigns.Experience managing ₹10 Lakh+ monthly Google Ads budgets.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, and other analytics tools.Educational background: B.Tech with preference for Tier-1 institutions (IIT, NIT, DTU, or equivalent).
