Key Requirements:
3–5 years of backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
Strong experience working in top B2C product-based companies (mandatory)
Expertise in building scalable, high-traffic backend systems
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design
Experience with authentication, authorization, performance optimization, and security best practices
Nice to Have:
Exposure to full MERN stack (React knowledge)
Experience handling large user bases and real-time data
Startup or fast-paced product environment experience
