We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead with strong hands-on experience in Fintech performance marketing to drive customer acquisition, growth, and ROI across paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end performance marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting while working closely with product, analytics, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead performance marketing strategy across paid channels:Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Programmatic, Affiliates, and other paid platforms
Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for fintech products (Loans, Payments, Cards, Investments, etc.)Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns with focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
Perform deep funnel analysis, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling
Collaborate with product, tech, design, and analytics teams to improve landing pages, app flows, and conversion journeys
Scale campaigns while maintaining profitability and complianceTrack daily/weekly performance metrics and present insights to leadership
Ensure adherence to fintech regulatory and compliance guidelines in all campaignsManage external agencies and vendors if required
Mandatory Requirements
3–6 years of performance marketing experience exclusively in Fintech companies
Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta AdsProven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI
Experience handling monthly spends of ₹50L+ (preferred)Strong understanding of mobile app marketing, attribution tools, and analytics
Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving Skills experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
