We are looking for a Lead UX Designer with 9–12 years of hands-on experience in designing and leading user-centric digital products. The candidate must be from a top-tier design institute and should have strong leadership capability along with deep expertise in UX strategy, research, and execution. This role involves owning the UX vision and mentoring a team of designers while collaborating closely with product and engineering stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across web and mobile platforms
Own the complete design lifecycle: user research, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Drive UX consistency and design systems across productsConduct and guide user research, usability testing, and design validation
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teamsTranslate complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiencesMentor, review, and guide UX/UI designers
Mentor, review, and guide UX/UI designersPresent UX solutions and design rationale to senior leadershipUse data, insights, and user feedback to continuously improve experience quality
Mandatory Requirements
9–12 years of UX / Product Design experience (strictly)
Degree from a top design institute(NID, IDC IIT, Srishti, MIT Institute of Design, NIFT, Parsons, RISD, or equivalent)
Strong portfolio with end-to-end UX case studiesProven experience in leading design teams and owning UX outcomes.
Hands-on expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar toolsStrong understanding of UX research methods, usability principles, and accessibility
