Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager, you will own the end-to-end sales process for ERP, CAD, and automation SaaS solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, manage complex sales cycles, and drive revenue growth. This role offers exposure to CXOs and decision-makers in large organizations and requires a results-driven approach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in ERP, CAD, and automation SaaS solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and other decision-makers.
  • Drive offline/field sales engagements and enterprise-level partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM and consistently achieve revenue targets.

 

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales (ERP, CAD, or automation tools preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience selling ERP or CAD software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in offline/field sales and handling complex enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Skilled in lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product companies or IT/Tech services firms.
