As a recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings within our organization. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career goals, and matching them with suitable employment opportunities.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Review resumes and screening candidates based on job requirements.
4. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
5. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
.6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
8. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
