Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process — from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and refine user experiences.
Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, and user flows for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Maintain consistency in design systems and brand guidelines.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer in high-growth B2C environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional user-centered design skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
