Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional CFO to lead finance, accounts, and controllership across regional operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership in the FMCG sector, with expertise in plant finance, P&L ownership, and a strong business development mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core finance, accounts, and controllership functions for regional operations.
• Manage P&L ownership, plant finance, sales accounting, and MIS reporting.
• Lead plant operations independently, ensuring both operational and financial efficiency.
• Drive financial strategies, process improvements, and compliance measures.
• Partner with business heads to accelerate growth and support business development initiatives.
• Travel across regional plants and operational locations as required.
• Mentor and develop finance teams to strengthen financial governance.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, and controllership.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA (Finance).
• Strong proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP HANA) and MIS/financial reporting tools.
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management, plant finance, and regional controllership.
• Currently in a senior leadership or high-level finance role.
• Strong business development orientation with the ability to lead cross-functional operations.
• Willingness to travel across plants and regional operations.
